MECA PROGRAM

The Path to Success

This program allows for client to not both learn about the target careers and jobs that were previously identified by the client themselves, but to gain in depth understanding about the prerequisites, demands, and actual expectations of certain jobs or career paths.  This information is positioned in a manner that client must interact and manage the information presented and score appropriately to demonstrate and heighten the understanding of the data presented.  The planner portion of this program also allows the client to see what requirements are expected of those in a given field, and what the career outlook is expected in the future as beginning salaries and top end wages. This system allows the client to actively take a role in career explorations, not just review a pamphlet before moving in to a job shadow or internship.

Program includes:

• Exploration into the top five career choices indicated by interest indicator

• All learning assessment programs associated with those five choices

• All Career clusters associated with those five choices

• Any surveys associated with those choices for client self-report included in program
