JOB READINESS: SOFT SKILLS COURSE

This course specifically addresses the eight ‘soft skills’ identified by the U.S. Dept. of Labor as necessary in the workplace today.  These skills include:
-Attitude
-Communication
-Planning and Organizing
-Critical Thinking
-Interpersonal skills
-Teamwork
-Professionalism
-Media Rules
These skill enhancements are preceded by a pre assessment ‘Map” which in turn establishes baseline knowledge and understanding of course items.  From the ‘Map’, necessary skill enhancements are assigned for client completion.
