ANXIETY MANAGEMENT COURSE
This course accentuates the need to maintain control over one’s anxiety. Elements of this course include the ability to establish and maintain self-control, stress management and physical wellness. This program is evidence based research and uses a pre assessment to establish baseline behaviors and clarify target goals of the program. A unique feature of this specific course is that it can be completed in a four or five hour window, allowing it to be assigned in a day course format.
